At SNG HOSTING, we strive to provide the best hosting services for our customers. We understand that there may be cases where you need a refund, so we have created this policy to ensure a transparent and smooth experience.
1. Refund During the Trial Period
If you are not satisfied with the service we provide, you can request a full refund within 30 days from the initial subscription date. This guarantee applies only to shared hosting plans and does not include additional products such as domain names, SSL certificates, or additional support services.
2. Non-Refundable Terms
- No fees will be refunded after the 30-day trial period ends.
- Domain Services: Purchasing or renewing domain names is non-refundable.
- Setup or Customization Services: If customized services or special configurations have been provided to your account, no refund will be issued for these services.
3. Exceptions
- Refunds cannot be requested in case of violation of the terms of use or misuse of the service.
- Any account suspended due to violations of security or legal policies is not entitled to a refund.
4. How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request, please contact our support team via email or through the customer portal. The request must include the account name, the service details, and the reason for the refund request. Refund requests will be processed within 10-14 business days.
5. Refunds for Prepaid Services
If you have a prepaid subscription for several months and the account is canceled at your request, the remaining amount will be refunded, excluding the current month.
